The firm currently operates on a part-time schedule. Due to this, I take on approximately 3-4 projects per month depending on size, location, and complexity.

I do not, under any circumstance, sign and seal drawings not produced by my office - please do not ask.

i am not working on multi-family or commercial projects at this time single family residential requests in new jersey only.
